Arval creates director of international development role for François-Xavier Castille

Arval France managing director François-Xavier Castille has taken on the newly created role director of international development with immediate effect.

The role will see Mr Castille coordinate and develop Arval’s activities around the world, building on some 18 years at the firm, as well as joining the Executive Committee.

Mr Castille joined Arval France in 2000, as director of key accounts and became CEO of Arval Portugal in 2004, followed by Arval Spain in 2007. He has held the role of managing director of Arval France since the end of 2011 and is also chairman of the SNLVLD (Syndicat National des Loueurs de Voitures en Longue Durée – National Syndicate of Long Term Car Rental) and president of the FNLV (Fédération Nationale des Loueurs de Véhicules – National Federation of Car Rental).

Arval also named Ferréol Mayoly as the new managing director of Arval France. Mr Mayoly has been with the BNP Paribas Group since 2003 and joined Arval in 2008 as co-director of the international business office before taking over the major accounts department of Arval France in 2011. In 2015 he became CEO of Arval SME Solutions France.
