Automotive cybersecurity for fleets to come under spotlight in free NAFA webinar

The organisation says that fears regarding cybersecurity and motor vehicles are very much a reality and added that for fleet professionals, the rapid growth of vehicle connectivity presents challenges, as well as opportunities.

In response, NAFA will be running the webinar on ‘Fleet Management and the Connected Vehicle’ on Wednesday 5 October at 10:30am.

The webinar will cover:

  • The contents of the NHTSA/FBI March 2016 bulletin
  • The distinction between security concerns and privacy issues
  • The need for fleet access to OBD-II Port access
  • How NAFA is contributing to the cybersecurity debate
