LeasePlan Corporation N.V. has named Berno Kleinherenbrink as its new senior vice president commercial.

Mr Kleinherenbrink has been appointed to lead LeasePlan’s commercial value stream, one of the components of its recently announced new value creation model. As SVP commercial, he will oversee LeasePlan’s European activities targeted at the corporate clients and the SME and private lease segment.

His career at LeasePlan began in 1998 when he was appointed commercial director for LeasePlan Netherlands. He has held the position of managing director LeasePlan Netherlands since 2005.

Erik Henstra will succeed Berno as managing director LeasePlan Netherlands, subject to the approval of the Dutch Financial Authority. Mr Henstra joined LeasePlan in 1995 and he was appointed to his last role, director services & operations at LeasePlan Netherlands, in 2009.
