The first phase of the updates brings a number of technological enhancements, including a responsive log-in system that is fully compatible with any desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone as well as updates to the core stylesheet that is used throughout the whole fleet system and enhanced cross-browser functionality.

Ashley Sowerby, Chevin’s managing director, said: “Feedback from our clients drives continuous product improvements, which is why our annual user group meetings have become so popular.

“The latest release is centred on a new user interface that has been designed to significantly improve the user experience across core areas of the system. Still configured to retain all of the software’s existing functionality, it now delivers a modern, clean look that promotes a user-friendly experience.”

A forthcoming second phase of updates will bring changes to the menu navigation system, including easier-to-use tools and reporting functions and the ability for users to reach their ‘destination’ in fewer clicks.

In the third phase, FleetWave will gain ‘Dynamic Panels’ that enable users to segment and group tools and functions along with enhanced reporting that will improve KPIs/tools that are available, and the introduction of interactivity. For more of the latest industry news, click here.
