Intended to help fleets with journey planning and management, the Europcar One platform enables users to tap into the group’s electric car pay per use and taxi/chauffeur services following its recent acquisitions of E-Car and Brunel as well as its car and commercial vehicle hire fleets. It also provides access to Europcar’s long-term rental solution and its international services, including flat rates in 46 countries and over 200 cities. Business users can also offer discounted rates for employees’ personal travel and access to the Europcar Deliver & Collect service.

The platform provides full insight of everything from initial booking through to vehicle return and invoicing. It also features consolidated reporting and invoicing to help fleets analyse how the use of different mobility solutions is impacting financial and environmental targets.

Clive Forsythe, director of corporate sales for Europcar UK Group, said: “With the depth of intelligence delivered by Europcar One, fleet and travel managers can better understand, and therefore control their spend on mobility services. And, importantly, they can use that knowledge to inform future travel policies, ensuring that they are giving users the services they need when and where they need them, whilst managing the overall costs.”
