Open for bookings, the workshops will aid fleet managers with two of the more difficult tasks in this profession: developing comprehensive fleet policies and transforming fleets into sustainable, green operations.

The Sustainable Fleet Certificate Workshop takes place on 20 Februray 2018 at Las Vegas Renaissance Hotel and comprises six one-hour presentations, covering driver training, sustainable fuels and delivery systems, acquiring sustainable vehicles, measuring sustainable performance and sustainable leadership, and change management.

The Fleet Policy Workshop is being held the following day at the same location and will cover the creation of a robust policy framework that contains a Fleet Management Manual, Driver Handbook, and Service Level Agreements.
