ALD Automotive France has augmented its ALD Switch electric vehicle solution with the Total Multi-Energy Card to further enable fleets to integrate EVs.

ALD has enhanced its Switch service with the new Total Multi-Energy Card

Launched in autumn 2018, ALD Switch offers mobility credits to help facilitate fleet uptake of EVs; drivers can choose to access 60 days’ rental of a conventionally powered or hybrid vehicle to meet specific needs.

The solution is now being enhanced with the addition of the Total Multi-Energy Card, which enables employees to pay for fuel and electric recharging, covering more than 15,000 public charging stations in France and more than 75,000 in Europe.

It also covers ancillaries such as car washing, toll roads and parking; it’s accepted in some 3,500 service stations, more than 1,500 car parks, more than 1,000 car wash stations and all tolls, bridges and tunnels in France.
