Kia scoops United Nations global fleet deal

The United Nations Procurement Division (UN/DP) has awarded a deal to Kia Motors to provide vehicles to support UN causes around the world.

Kia will provide the UN with a fleet of Kia Rio, Sorento and Forte models.

The deal, won on the back of a bid process, will see Kia provide a fleet of Rio, Sorento and Forte models to the UN and UN Entities. The vehicles will carry the UN mark whilst supporting its causes and activities and will be backed by maintenance services.

A previous bid process held by the UN/DP saw Kia supply 420 minibuses (including Hyundai models) to the organisation from 2010 to 2015.
