20V20 concept shows SEAT’s plans for compact crossover

By / 10 years ago / News / No Comments

The carmaker confirmed last summer that it will launch a model into the highly competitive C-crossover segment in 2016, and it’s likely the production car will look similar to this concept version.

Expect the as-yet-unnamed SEAT crossover to share its modular platform with the new Leon, though its wheelbase at 2,971mm is as long as the latest Volkswagen Passat, which should offer generous interior space within a relatively small overall length.

SEAT said the 20V20 is also designed to accommodate all types of drivetrains including plug-in hybrids as well as the usual petrol and diesel engines.
