The new company, which will be known as ARI Fleet Germany, supports ARI’s continuing development of a strategic global footprint and will offer a comprehensive range of fleet management services from August, when the acquisition transaction is expected to close

ARI president Carl A Ortell (pictured) said: ‘The acquisition of Fleetlevel+’s fleet management business supports our long-term growth strategy and bolsters our already-strong offering in Europe, allowing us to better serve the needs of our customers throughout the Continent and beyond. This move will strengthen ARI’s ability to deliver the innovative, top-level fleet management services that we’ve become synonymous with.’

Stuttgart-based ARI Fleet Germany will be supported by ARI’s suite of fleet management solutions, its investment in technology and its global network of expert industry professionals.

Chris Conroy, managing director of global operations at ARI, continued: ‘This is a natural next step for ARI. We have been providing fleet management solutions in the UK since December 2011, with foundational values of transparency, partnership, and innovation. We will leverage this new opportunity in Germany to provide world-class services to both our existing multi-national customers and those with regional requirements in Europe. All of this will be underpinned by ARI’s continuing commitment to investing in people, processes, and technology.’
