ARI rises 43 places on FORTUNE’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list
‘We are proud to be a part of this prestigious list for the second year in a row,’ said ARI president Carl A Ortell. ‘Without question, our greatest asset is our people – they are the most important part of our business and critical to our overall success, which is why we continually strive to create an environment that is supportive and open, provide work that is interesting and engaging, and offer opportunities for growth and development.’
The company was recognised for its family-like culture, its internal employee engagement and empowerment program, Partners in Excellence, and its emphasis on employee development. ARI was praised for its year-end bonus scheme for all employees, which can be the equivalent of up to 15 days’ pay, and the fact that the company has never had a layoff in its 65-year history.
Mr Ortell continued: ‘We were incredibly honoured to be a part of last year’s list, but also saw it as a challenge to improve what we were doing so that we would remain one of FORTUNE’s 100 Best Companies to Work For and be the kind of company where an individual can build a satisfying and fulfilling career. We know that by doing this, we are making a solid investment in our long-term success and that our customers will benefit.’
