Arval launches Arval Active Link telematics solution & enhanced digital offerings
Launched at the company’s annual International Conference held in London last Friday 28 June, Arval Active Link is a new telematics offering that fully integrates with Arval’s existing digital services. Using Active Link, Arval customers can now access in-depth information on a car and its driver’s behaviour, accompanied by a wide range of optional services, including pinpoint GPS tracking and mileage capture for audit purposes.
Arval Active Link costs €3 (£2.25) per month, with optional services including Active Journey and Active Routing available as bolt-ons at a further €2 (£1.50) per month each. Available in the UK now, it will be launched in France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Czech Republic, starting from September 2015.
Arval also announced updates to its reporting and connected tools. Arval Analytics, Arval Fleet View and Arval Mobile+ have all received upgrades, available now to the UK market. Arval Analytics and Arval Fleet View give users access to new modules, new indicators and faster response time, helping fleet managers to manage and optimise their fleet operation.
“This unique integrated suite of tools offers our customers a seamless navigation within the Arval universe, and gives them the opportunity to closely monitor all aspects of their fleets in real-time and engage into strategic decisions with confidence,” commented Bart Beckers, Arval chief communication officer.
Arval Mobile+, an app available on smartphones free-of-charge, offers drivers information on their contract, their car and their trips, as well as information on traffic and weather conditions.
Arval is also rolling out its Webstore tool, said to be the first B2B service to offer full-service leasing quotes on an unrestricted list of vehicles without the need to register.
The complete rollout of all tools and applications in the 25 Arval countries is scheduled between 2016 and 2020.
