Autorola has launched its Indicata business intelligence platform in Turkey.

The web-based platform monitors all used cars currently for sale in a market by automatically gathering data in real-time from a number of sources, providing insights on market dynamics including demand, supply, pricing, inventories, etc. Data is provided as KPIs, reports and analysis

Jörg Höhner, global managing director Indicator at Autorola Group, said: “There is a lot of business intelligence technology out there that runs various analyses post-mortem. This is like looking in the rear-view mirror to understand where you are going. It’s just not the right way to get the insight you need.

“However, with Indicata, we have gone beyond traditional pricing evaluation tools to create a solution that truly works with a complete view of the market in real-time.”

He added: “In a time where the market conditions change faster than ever there is a need for dealers and manufacturers to fundamentally adapt their used vehicle operations and management of inventories.

“Indicata represents not only the most compelling and innovative solution in the industry, but also the most efficient solution for the broad used car operations and residual value management objectives of car manufacturers, dealerships, financial services organisations, leasing companies, rental companies and fleet owners.”
