Mr Servodidio will report to Larry De Shon, president, international and will assume responsibility for all aspects of the company's vehicle rental operations, including customer service and fleet management, across Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. 

Mr Servodidio brings 14 years of experience at Avis Budget Group to his new position.  Most recently, he served as managing director for Denmark, Norway, Sweden and the UK, overseeing the recent acquisition of the Company's Scandinavian licensees. His prior positions include executive vice president, Franchisee and Corporate Services for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and global roles including Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer. 

As a result of the move, Nina Bell, who formerly served as the company's EMEA strategy director, has been appointed managing director, Northern Region, with oversight of Denmark, Norway, Sweden and the UK.

"Under Mark's leadership, the European region is well positioned to continue on its path of profitable growth, geographic expansion, enhanced efficiency and dedication to the customer."

Mark Servodidio and Nina Bell both assume their new roles with immediate effect.
