Business Lease Group revamps website to serve European fleets better

Covering five countries – the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and the Netherlands – the new website provides a uniform approach to the firm’s services, which have already been internationally standardised.

Robbert van Muyden, director of international sales, marketing & operations at the Business Lease Group, explained: ‘Mobility is important to our customers and an essential part of their day, both professionally and privately. That is why we aim to serve them 24 hours a day. The new website meets this goal and relieves some of the burden on our customers.’

Unlike the old website, the website navigation is now better geared to the two key target groups: lease drivers and fleet managers. Drivers can get an answer to their questions more quickly and the responsive design of the website allows them to call the Business Lease assistance line directly by clicking a button.

Mr Van Muyden continued: ‘We’re now more easily reachable online, but, naturally, continue to facilitate physical accessibility; both are essential for our services.’
