Bynx has partnered with Adobe Sign to further advance its online signature capabilities for its vehicle leasing, fleet and mobility management solutions.

The electronic signature technology allows users to speed up the signing and documentation process online. Benefits from the Adobe Sign technology are said to include added security through unique identifying fingerprint data that remains permanently embedded with a document, plus global acceptance and legal compliance, and long-term retention and access.

According to Adobe Systems data, more than a third (37%) of business leaders say they have problems with agreements that are missing signatures, initials or dates – or that have been signed by the wrong person. Meanwhile, nearly half (46%) aren’t sure they have copies of all signed agreements and the majority (51%) say they have problems with documents that are misfiled or lost.

Gary Jefferies, sales and marketing director at Bynx, explained: “Bynx manages the lifecycle processes involving vehicle assets. These processes are critical for our customers. An electronic or ‘digital’ signature is a package of information that legally binds everything together; signatories, documentation and intent, which is not only reassuring for them but essential for compliance.”
