A new solution that will help reduce car rental damage disputes and ensure transparency throughout the claims process is now available in the United States.

Dubbed PurInspect, it’s the results of an alliance between fleet and mobility management software specialist Bynx and leading US loss prevention company PurCo Fleet Services.

The app can be used on any device – tablet, iPad, smart phone (iOS and Android – and provides a modern and fully digitised vehicle inspection solution that easily engages with all stakeholders in the claims process and keeps everything legal and compliant.

It generates an accurate and detailed record, with images (or video), of all vehicle damage – from a single stone chip on a windshield to a total vehicle write-off. It’s also simple to set up, intuitive to use and easy to adapt for all inspection types, which ensures inspections are consistent and delivered cost effectively.

The new digitised inspection app enables PurCo to realise its objective to reduce car rental damage disputes and ensure transparency throughout the claims process – thereby saving customers time and money.

Founded in 1993, the risk management firm specialist is devoted exclusively to loss prevention for vehicle rental operators.

The strategic partnership also means that Bynx further expands its presence in the Americas – a core market for its eponymous fleet and mobility management platform.
