Cap HPI drives European expansion
Cap HPI has made a number of key appointments in line with its plans for growth in key European markets.
The automotive data expert is building new vehicle description and specification data, current and future values and TCO, in the first phase of its growth plans, and will reinforce its insight and data services with a new global coding system that it unveiled at the 2016 Paris Motor Show.
Cap HPI is initially developing its presence in Germany, France, Spain and Italy and has made a number of key individual appointments.
In Germany, Bodo Klein joins from Jato, and takes on the new role of commercial vehicle editor for the local market.
In addition, an entire new vehicle data team comprising of eight analysts has been assembled in Slovakia. The team will be co-ordinated from the European head office in Leeds by Greg Ball, new vehicle data Manager, who took up the post after moving from EurotaxGlass earlier this year.
Antoine Auby joins the expanding Analytics team as modelling analyst for France. He joins from Laboratoire D’Aerologie (Toulouse) where he worked as a Scientific Software Engineer.
Finally, Attila Thury has been promoted to modelling analyst to complete the team of three data engineers who are working on the statistically based valuation system to be rolled out across Europe in 2017.
