Chevin introduces cross-border fleet KPI standards

Forming part of the company’s FleetWave fleet management software, the changes mean that KPIs can be put in place for organisations running a fleets across several countries.

Ashley Sowerby, managing director, said: “At the simplest level, this means that a fuel and mileage KPI is automatically converted from miles per gallon in countries that use imperial measurements from kilometres per litre in metric ones.

“However, there are a range of other KPIs, some equally straightforward, some much more sophisticated, that we have now made cross-border and will help fleets to put in place standardised measures across their territories.”

Sowerby added that developments such as this underlined the way in which Chevin had become a genuinely global company in recent years.

He said: “We now have a strong presence on almost every continent and dozens of different fleet customers who operate across many territories.”
