The model is billed as a “a contemporary take on the SUV, boasting strong design, outstanding comfort and technological choices focused on efficiency”.

From the front, the model features traditional bold SUV styling in line with the Citroen design signature and including a wide The wide chrome grille with its double chevron and LED daytime running lights. At the rear, there’s 3D-effect rear lights combined with a chrome-finished dual tailpipe.

Although the concept is only front-wheel drive, it also features raised ground clearance with large 17-inch wheels with All Seasons tyres, front and rear fairings and wheel arch embellishers. Meanwhile, suspension settings are said to have been set up to cope with road imperfections to offer optimal ride comfort.

There’s also Grip Control technology to manage optimal traction of the wheels on all types of ground.

Power comes from PSA’s 1.6-litre THP 160 petrol engine with Stop&Start and a latest generation automatic gearbox.

Inside, the brand promises a saloon-style driving position and a large panoramic roof along with spacious dimensions, particularly in the rear, helped by the longest wheelbase in the segment at 2.65m.

According to reports, a production version could enter the market next year.
