Citroen Business International appoints senior director
He began his career in the automotive industry in 1996 with an equipment manufacturer before going on to hold a number of positions with carmakers. After working for General Motors, he joined Volkswagen to manage the development of the Skoda network and then assumed responsibility for the key accounts markets for the Group’s five brands. He became head of the fleet strategy and remarketing department in 2010.
With 15 years’ experience in the automotive industry, Stéphane Chesnel joins Citroen as director of Citroën Business International. This entity is the preferred contact for international key accounts. It is also tasked with supporting the Citroen Business teams at the subsidiaries and developing the Business Centre network. Reporting to Frédéric Banzet, managing director, he is a member of Citroen’s Executive Committee.
