DispatchTrack celebrates record new client wins in 2023

DispatchTrack, a specialist in last-mile delivery solutions, has reported a record number of new client wins in 2023 as part of its continued growth strategy in EMEA and APAC.

It’s onboarded over 20 new clients in the last year, in the UK and globally. Major names include Hillarys Blinds, Sussex Beds, Gillies and Housing Units in the UK, as well as BE Campbell and All Purpose Transport in Australia, and Riverlea in New Zealand.

These retailers and delivery service providers are now using DispatchTrack to transform their last-mile delivery and provide a greater experience to their customers.

Stuart Gall, IT manager at Gillies, said: “We are delighted to be working with DispatchTrack. The service was implemented quickly and the support team were very efficient, which is key when operating in a fast-paced environment. Moving from a traditional paper-based system to a solution like DispatchTrack, we have not only streamlined our internal procedures but we have raised our overall customer service on this side of the business to a whole new level. We are already exploring options on how we can utilise DispatchTrack in other areas of our business.”
