Enterprise appoints Isidro Loaiza as new VP of global franchising
Enterprise Mobility has promoted Isidro Loaiza to the role of vice president of global franchising.
Loaiza joined Enterprise in 2002 as a management trainee in Tennessee and is currently vice president of rental for Spain.
His new role will help Enterprise Mobility in its goal of continuing to expand globally in the coming years to bring its mobility services closer to where its customers live and work, following the philosophy of company founder Jack Taylor more than six decades ago.
Loaiza has held a number of increasingly senior roles during his 22-year career with Enterprise. These include regional manager and then director for corporate brands in Latin America and the Caribbean, and assistant vice president of operations for Latin America and Caribbean from 2018 to 2021.
He then became vice president of rental for Spain at the end of 2021, where he is credited for his excellent performance and objectives, together with his leadership and resolution skills.
Loaiza said: “I look forward to strengthening my expertise and leadership capability to work closely with my team to further reinforce Enterprise Mobility’s position as the world’s leading provider of mobility services. I will do my utmost to help the company achieve its goals.”
Loaiza’s previous position as vice president of rental in Spain will be assumed by Raúl Flores, who began his career in Enterprise in 2007 as a management trainee in South Florida (USA).
Since then, he has occupied various positions in the organisation, such as area manager of Miami International Airport, regional rental manager in global franchising, group rental manager in the east of Spain and group rental manager at Las Vegas Airport, as well as being a key player in the launching of the management trainee programme in Spain.
