Technology solutions provider epyx has launched its 1link Service Network fleet service and maintenance platform in Denmark, bringing benefits to major leasing companies and garages.

Tim Meadows, commercial director at epyx

Already used by fleets totalling more than five million vehicles in the UK, France, Portugal, Australia and Ireland, the solution enables operators to authorise and manage
vehicle maintenance from a single platform; it’s already being supported by 500 garages in Demand with more to follow before the end of the year.

ALD and NF Fleet will become the first companies to use the platform in Denmark and, in early 2020, will be joined by Alm Brand Leasing, Fleggaard Leasing and Jyske Finans. Epyx is also providing a comprehensive support resource, including integration into other widely used solutions such as CDK, Semler IT, Datamann and Incadea.

1link Service Network will be used by ALD to replace their current in-house authorisation system, providing substantial gains in terms of ease of use, reduced administration, accurate invoicing, error reduction, comprehensive reporting and elimination of paper use.

Tim Meadows, commercial director at epyx, said: “1link Service Network is a well-proven product developed over many years and we are planning to make the launch process as straightforward and simple as possible.

“We have been actively engaging with hundreds of garages to show them the many benefits that the platform provides and the reception that we have received has been very positive.”
