Experience the All-new MGS5 EV and HS PHEV at GBFE 2025
Visitors to next week’s Great British Fleet Event will be able to check out the latest electric and hybrid models from event partner MG in the flesh.
The iconic motoring brand, famed for building sporty, fun-to-drive and value-for-money cars that meet both fleet and driver needs, will be bringing along its newly launched MGS5 EV.
The successor to the hugely successful ZS EV, the MGS5 EV is a new generation of versatile SUV, combining rapid charging, generous cabin space, intelligent driver controls, exciting driving dynamics, and abundant safety features all as standard.
Priced from £28,495, it delivers a choice of three models, two electric motors and two batteries.
MG’s latest ultra-thin battery technology allows for rapid DC charging, from 10-80% in 28 minutes or less and supports up to a 298-mile WLTP range. The MGS5 EV’s 400V system also means drivers can rapid-charge in speeds up to 139kW.
At GBFE 2025, taking place on 8 May in Milton Keynes, the MGS5 EV will be joined by the new MG HS Plug-in Hybrid.
Priced from £31,995, the latest version of the hybrid SUV marks a significant step forwards, combining MG’s signature design with advanced hybrid technology, offering the perfect balance between electric and petrol power.
Thanks to its 24.7kWh battery, MG HS Plug-in Hybrid now delivers a class-leading EV range of up to 75 miles, reducing emissions and fleet fuel bills while also qualifying it for a low Benefit-in-Kind rate of 6% for the 2025/26 tax year.
The HS PHEV also features an exceptional interior, combining luxury, style and cutting-edge technology that includes two stunning 12.3-inch screens seamlessly integrated into the dashboard, a six-speaker audio system and latest MG Pilot safety technologies.
MG will be among a variety of carmakers at GBFE 2025 showcasing the latest, leading-edge vehicles for fleets.
The event will also boast a large number of fleet supplier firms revealing their newest solutions, plus extensive industry networking opportunities and the comprehensive and insightful Masterclass Conference sessions in an action-packed agenda for fleet managers.
