Set to replace the current Linea model sold in developing markets, the all-new car – reported to bear the Bravo name – will begin sales in Turkey next November and will be sold in over 40 countries in the EMEA region.

The car is an all-new model designed from the very beginning as a harmonically compact three-box capable of combing balanced style and outstandingly efficient use of space.

The new Fiat compact sedan has been jointly designed by the FCA Style Centre with Tofaş R&D, one of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ largest research and development centres, and will be produced in Turkey, in the Tofaş factory in Bursa.

The carmaker said: “The new Fiat will provide an overwhelming combination of comfort, spaciousness, efficiency and technology. All embellished by sumptuous Italian design, which marries the quality of the engineering project with the proportions of an authentic and vigorous sedan.”

It added: “The strategic role of this model for FCA is key for boosting the presence of Fiat in the region and consolidating the brand's indisputable leadership in the Compact Sedan segment through this car's excellent interior comfort and load capacity, the completeness of its range and its uncompromisingly impressive style.”
