Epyx specialises in IT solutions for the automotive sector, with its best-known products being the 1link e-commerce platforms, which cover functions including vehicle procurement, maintenance, hire, disposals and relicensing.

The acquisition follows FleetCor’s purchase of the AllStar fuel card from Arval at the end of 2011, which was undertaken to provide FleetCor with a strong presence in the UK market.
