Fraikin Group is accelerating its work on fleet digitalisation and decarbonisation with Samsara’s Connected Operations platform.

The contract hire and rental specialist is integrating Samsara’s AI technologies across 60,000 vehicles throughout its European operations.

The move follows the deployment of Samsara AI dash cams, asset gateways, door monitors, environmental monitors and vehicle gateways in 5,000+ vehicles across the UK and expands the collaboration further.

The partnership includes integrating advanced data and AI technologies into NeXa, Fraikin’s flagship fleet management platform, to unlock significant benefits. By leveraging Samsara’s real-time data and telematics, Fraikin will optimise its fleet maintenance across Europe, allowing for more precise tracking of vehicle health, maintenance, and improved operational efficiency. This integration will enhance Fraikin’s current services, providing fleet managers with actionable insights to reduce downtime, improve fuel efficiency, and streamline overall fleet operations.

Fraikin will also spur its decarbonisation efforts with tools and data to support customers in transitioning to battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and alternative fuels through Samsara’s Connected Operations Platform.

Fraikin is also integrating Samsara’s technology as a key component of its upcoming e-Mobility Service Provider (eMSP) offering, enabling a smooth transition to sustainable transport solutions.
