The Infiniti Centre St Gallen will be officially opened in September this year, coinciding with the launch of the new sports saloon Infiniti Q50, which made its European debut at the Geneva motor show.

Auto Zollikofer has over 65 years of automotive experience in St Gallen and has represented Peugeot since it was started. The Infiniti deal will provide the company with a foothold in the premium segment and will enable it to offer a wider range of products in the future.

‘Infiniti is a brand attracting attention not only with extraordinary vehicle design, modern technology and inspired performance. As a quite young premium brand, Infiniti could already create a strong image that exceeds the vehicles and also the outstanding customer service,’ said Rolf Zollikofer, owner of Auto Zollikofer AG. ‘We are convinced to meet the customer needs with our committed team and are looking forward to representing Infiniti in the future.’

The IREDI showroom (Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative) will be configured in line with Infiniti's exclusive design programme, which centres on high-class interior materials, classy furniture and modern architecture, and is intended to ensure showrooms resemble a lobby of a boutique hotel rather than a car dealership showroom. The showroom will form the basis of the Total Ownership Experience customer service programme developed by Infiniti and Zollikofer.

Christian Blank, Infiniti director Central Europe, added: ‘Never before has our model range been so comprehensive. With the launch of the news sports saloon Q50 and its enlarged engine line-up, Infiniti Centre St Gallen will offer a versatile and attractive range of products. We are confident to have Auto Zollikofer AG as a competent partner at our side, to expand our position within the European premium segment in the future.’
