Guus Stoelinga to step down as chief financial and risk officer of LeasePlan

LeasePlan’s chief financial and risk officer Guus Stoelinga is to step down from his position to pursue other opportunities.leaseplanMr Stoelinga has been with LeasePlan for 25 years including 10 years on the Managing Board. His career at LeasePlan began as finance director at LeasePlan Netherlands and Auto Lease Holland. He went on to hold a number of key positions at LeasePlan Corporation, such as SVP business integrations and SVP corporate strategy and development.

He has agreed to remain at LeasePlan until his successor has been appointed and the handover process has been completed.

LeasePlan CEO Tex Gunning said: “Guus has strengthened our company over the years, particularly during the last decade as a member of the Managing Board. One of his biggest accomplishments is that he successfully steered LeasePlan through the credit crisis and laid a solid foundation for our next stage of development. He leaves our company in great shape. On behalf of the Managing Board, I would like to thank him for his valuable contribution.”
