Mr Van Rossen and Mr Waldmann will from now on form the Management Board along with current chairman of the board, Steffen Giebler. Both will be responsible for central functions as well as local country operations. Van Rossen is in charge of the Benelux countries, Great Britain, Ireland and the Nordic countries, whereas Waldmann will be responsible for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain and Portugal. 

Philipp Waldmann, most recently Sales Director at SEAT Germany, has already been with HPI Fleet as interim manager and left the company in May 2011 after a six-month deployment.

Bart Van Rossen, formerly managing director of HPI Fleet Belgium, has been with HPI Fleet since 2010 and was responsible for the local activities in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Steffen Giebler, chairman of HPI Fleet Group, welcomed the new appointment. He said: 'I am very happy that we were able to bring together such a great team. With this, we set the course for the further successful development of HPI Fleet Group.'
