At GBFE 2025, Jaama will offer live demonstrations of its Key2 asset management platform

It will be offering live demonstrations of its Key2 asset management platform, which enables companies of all sizes to strategically manage an effective and efficient fleet through a cloud-based platform.

At the event, taking place on 8 May 2025, Jaama is looking forward to meeting larger fleet operators where it can develop a bespoke version of its Key2 to meet their specific needs, however complex. Key2 has been built to help operators optimise fleet performance, maximise efficiencies, control costs and optimise driver and vehicle compliance, whether they run cars, vans, trucks, warehouse equipment, trailers or a mix of all five assets.

Jaama’s Key2 software manages a customer fleet of over 1.5 million vehicles and assets and has built up the reputation of being the UK’s leading fleet software provider over the last 20 years.

A Key2 Workshop Management module is also available for those fleets that run their own workshops, which helps control costs and ensure legislative compliance without increasing employee headcount.

Fleets attending GBFE can also find out more about Jaama’s Maintenance Exchange and Compliance Manager platform for commercial vehicle fleets, which streamlines the exchange of vehicle maintenance information and connects with its fleet, asset and driver management solution Key2.

The end-to-end system allows fleets to book maintenance, authorise work and manage invoicing and auditing of vehicle maintenance work. It also enables all required documentation, MOT certifications, vehicle inspection sheets, and servicing and routine maintenance documents shared between service and repair centres, vehicle owners/operators and the DVSA.

The fully configurable Compliance Manager module enables managers to create their own regular and one-off vehicle related events, making sure servicing, MOTs and commercial vehicle inspections are conducted in a timely manner.
