Jaguar Land Rover expands in Singapore with new regional office

The regional hub will support the carmaker’s Asia Pacific Importer partners in their sales, marketing and after-sales operations and comes as the company reports increasing demand in this market for Jaguar Land Rover products, which it says is driven by the company's new smaller and more efficient engines.

The official opening for the office, which joins national sales company offices in Australia, Japan and South Korea, was hosted by the British High Commission in Singapore.

David Blackhall, managing director, Jaguar Land Rover Asia Pacific, said: ‘I am delighted to announce the opening of our regional office in Singapore. Asia Pacific is Jaguar Land Rover's second fastest growing region, with sales growth of 38% YOY in 2012. Extending our global presence to Singapore confirms our commitment to pursuing the tremendous potential in this region and to supporting our Importer partners.’
