Masamichi Kogai becomes CEO of Mazda
The changes also see Seita Kanai promoted to vice chairman. His previousa role of executive vice president will be filled by Akira Marumoto, formerly director and senior managing executive officer.
The changes will be officially made by the board of directors following shareholder approval at a meeting on 25th June.
