Mazda returns to Great British Fleet Event to showcase new CX-80 flagship
Mazda has teamed up with the Great British Fleet Event for a third successive year, returning once again as a partner.
One of a growing number of leading brands confirmed for GBFE 2025 – taking place on 8 May at Milton Keynes – Mazda will place prime focus on its newly launched CX-80 flagship SUV.
The brand’s most spacious SUV, the CX-80 is an elegant three-row model offering seating for up to seven passengers.
The roomy interior is designed for optimum comfort and space with three rows of highly comfortable, luxurious seats. The design delivers two fold-flat third-row seats and three choices of second-row configurations to let everyone onboard find comfort in their own personal sanctuary.
There’s also a choice of two powerful engines conceived for the perfect balance of performance and efficiency. These include the CX-80 PHEV, featuring the ability to deliver up to 38 miles of electric motor-powered driving, using no petrol and producing 0g/km of CO2.
Using a combination of both petrol and electric driving, the CX-80 PHEV provides combined fuel consumption of 176.6mpg, and CO2 emissions from only 35g/km.
The CX-80 is also available as an advanced diesel featuring mild hybrid technology to assist the engine and power the car’s electrical systems, resulting in impressive combined fuel consumption with high amounts of torque.
At GBFE 2025, attendees will also be able to speak to the Mazda fleet team about the brand’s award-winning full line-up, from the Mazda2 Hybrid through to the CX-60 and the CX-80.
With excellent whole-life costs and strong residual values, Mazda’s line-up delivers the perfect combination of class-leading efficiency and excellent driving dynamics, offering fleet managers, business owners and company car users with solutions to meet their fleet and driving needs.
Other returning OEM event partners for GBFE include BMW, MG and Mini, plus exciting new brands for 2025 including the latest models from Mercedes-Benz via Sytner Group along with Toyota and Lexus represented by Steven Eagell, with more to be confirmed.
The 2025 event will also boast an array of other leading edge fleet firms in the exhibitions section, while the Masterclass conference programme will deliver insights on latest industry developments and advice.
All topped off by the evening’s invite-only glittering ceremony for the Great British Fleet Awards, headlined by Sir Ian Botham as guest speaker.
