NAFA focuses on global fleets with International Fleet Academy

The Academy will take place on 21-24 October at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona, and will extend the reach of the North American association’s international seminars.

Following the signing of an agreement last month, content will be developed with fleet solutions company FleetVision and will be aimed at two different levels of fleet professionals: both the beginner and more seasoned veterans.

‘I believe this is an outstanding opportunity for NAFA to enhance its already-dominant lead in this area,’ said NAFA executive director Phillip Russo. ‘FleetVision has proven to be a winner and a very good partner for NAFA over the past two years. This agreement gives NAFA the ability to continue to fill a void in the industry.’

In addition, NAFA’s 2013 Institute & Expo (23-26 April 2013 in Atlantic City, NJ), will offer fleet managers the opportunity to learn about the difficulties of managing a global fleet during the educational session, “Mastering Multiple Fleets in Multiple Countries”, with the help of fleet management companies such as Wheels and LeasePlan alongside FleetVision.
