The association has arranged for a reduced rate with the Loews Ventana Canyon hotel in Tucson, AZ – the venue for all three events – along with deals with a pair of ground transportation companies, and discounted fares with several airlines.

The 3rd Annual International Fleet Academy (for global fleet managers) and the Fleet Management Seminar (designed for new fleet managers with less than five years of experience) take place 21-23 October. A special CAFM Boot Camp (designed for those in the CAFS/CAFM certification program) will take place 25-27 October.

The discounted rates cover hotel accommodation, with NAFA having arranged a special room rate of $149 per night. This rate includes complimentary guest room internet, complimentary overnight parking, and complimentary Fitness Center access.  The discount is available until Tuesday 1st October 2013.

NAFA has also arranged for discounted rental car rates with AVIS and shared-ride van service from Arizona Stagecoach, along with discounted airline rates with Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Airlines and United Airlines.  A special code is provided when booking online to utilize the discounted rate.

NAFA executive director Phillip Russo said: ‘Our Meetings and Education team has taken the steps to make sure attendees are offered the best prices to and from our conference site. We want to make sure everyone who wants to be a part of this premier level of professional development can do so affordably and easily.’

The special rates and discounted codes are available from NAFA’s website at http://www.nafa.org/Hotel_And_Travel.  For more information on all of the educational events offered by NAFA visit http://www.nafa.org/educationalevents.
