NAFA webinar to advise on right-sizing fleets

In this session, attendees will learn about the top five ingredients of a successful right-sizing initiative, including: A project champion, metrics & benchmarks, policy, a marketing plan, and the "secret ingredient."

The webinar will also address the barriers to right-sizing as reported by many fleet managers.

The webinar is led by Agile Access Control Inc’s president and co-founder Ed Smith and vice president Matt Wade. 

Smith, an expert in fleet right-sizing, created and led the development of FleetCommander fleet and motor pool management software. He specialises in the analysis of vehicle utilization data for the accurate planning and execution of right-sizing initiatives.

Matt Wade has over a decade’s worth off experience working with fleets within state and city governments as well as within the private sector. He has personally been involved with the deployment of enterprise fleet solutions for more than 100 motor pool operations, and is very familiar with the challenges faced by fleets, having spoken to hundreds of fleet managers throughout the US and abroad over the past decade.
