A new alliance launched to transform automotive leasing and e-commerce is set to deliver smarter fleet management solutions to operators.

Alliance members say fleet operators and OEMs stand to gain significantly from the new collaboration

The Auto SaaS Alliance is a partnership between technology companies BetterBe, Drivvn and Imagin.Studio that aims to accelerate the automotive sector’s adoption of new technology.

The alliance combines the expertise of the technology providers to deliver flexible, scalable software for international automotive leasing companies and OEMs. The cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms offer integration across multiple technologies and channels, enabling faster adaptation to changing business needs.

Peter Brown, co-founder of the Auto SaaS Alliance, commented: “Fleet operators and OEMs stand to gain significantly from this new collaboration. The Auto SaaS Alliance seeks to empower businesses with technology that enhances efficiency and agility in an increasingly competitive marketplace.”

The founding companies will draw on their specialisms in enhancing user experience, vehicle configuration, real-time pricing and image solutions to advance automotive e-commerce.

“By pooling our expertise, we are enabling a new digital operating model that will transform how OEMs and leasing companies operate, reducing time to market and driving increased value,” Brown stated.

Alliance members bring extensive experience working with some of the world’s leading automotive brands, including Toyota, Jaguar Land Rover, Stellantis, Volkswagen, Carwow, and Ayvens.

BetterBe is a Netherlands-based SaaS platform offering real-time search, configuration, and lease calculation solutions for automotive leasing. It serves over 10 major companies in over 20 countries.

Headquartered in Amsterdam, Imagin.Studio’s AI-powered platform generates customisable car images, enhancing online experiences and driving sales for automotive businesses in over 100 countries.

Based in Warwick, Drivvn provides e-commerce solutions through its SaaS platform, enhancing user experiences and boosting sales for 15 brands across 13 countries by optimising the entire customer journey from comparison to finance application.

Brown concluded: “Collaboration is essential to accelerating the speed of technology adoption and unlocking efficiencies for the sector. The alliance is open to other companies if they share the same culture, values and drive to deliver best-in-class experiences powered by SaaS platform technology.”
