The ETSC (European Transport Safety Council) has published a new guide aimed at helping organisations review and improve grey fleet management, with a special focus on safety concerns.

The 20-page guide is free to download from the ETSC website, and can help to explain the legal responsibilities as well as the business benefits of an effective grey fleet management policy.

Other areas covered in the guide include explaining how grey fleet road risks can be reduced through risk assessment, and the importance of integrating grey fleet policy in company procedures and management responsibility.
