North America: New ARI insights functionality enables information sharing
The Discussion Forum tool in ARI insights will allow users to initiate or participate in online discussions and collaborate with other ARI insights system users within their company or organisation.
Users can post their own comments or questions, respond to other users’ questions, contribute to ongoing discussions, stay in touch with their team, and generally keep up-to-date with news and information related to their company’s fleet.
This tool includes an announcements board and a search feature, and will also highlight the forum’s most active discussions so users can see what “hot topics” their peers and colleagues are sharing. A client-designated administrator can structure the forum’s hierarchy to match the team’s needs and further streamline the viewing process.
‘The feedback we’ve received from active users is tremendously positive,’ commented ARI vice president of product development Tony Candeloro. ‘We’re excited to introduce this social platform to our system’s 18,000 users to enhance their daily experience with the system and support team communication.’
