NTSC Saudi Arabia CEO works to reshape Middle Eastern fleet sector
The National Transportation Solutions Company (NTSC) Saudi Arabia is continuing work to revolutionise the Middle Eastern fleet sector on the back of latest developments under CEO Gary B Flom.
Flom joined the business in 2021, drawing on almost 20 years of experience in the transportation and automotive industries. His background in the automotive retail industry spans many different areas and has seen him work for several notable companies in the automotive and transportation industries. This includes 18 years as CEO and president of Ford Motors while in 2017, he became IMAA Advanced Management Solutions’ managing partner.
In his latest role, Flom is drawing on his expertise on advising businesses on sustainable mobility policies, in line with Saudi Arabia’s vision 2030. Plans include making NTSC a model for automotive sustainability in Saudi Arabia, which would have a significant impact on the transportation business in the Middle East.
He’s also credited with helping the NTSC Commercial Vehicle Care Division to officially open its newest centre at the Riyadh Airport for Maintenance & Repairs of Vehicles and Heavy Equipments to serve its new partners in the Aviation Industry. Said to be the first facility of its kind in the country, it’s located in the heart of the Riyadh Airport Logistics Hub and is focused on providing high-quality services to customers around the clock.
Flom said he has also been working to arrange workshops and seminars for creating awareness regarding the need of sustainable fleet development. His recent initiative is the first-ever EV show in the country, which saw the NTSC and Petromin management discuss how to accelerate the transition to zero-emission commercial vehicles in the transportation and logistics industry and reduce emissions in line with the Vision 2030 targets.
