Opel Astra scoops ‘Best Economical Diesel 2017’ trophy
The Opel Astra 1.6 CDTI has taken the title of ‘Best Economical Diesel 2017’ as well as scooping the Green Mobility Trophy 2017.
Auto Zeitung readers voted Opel Astra ‘Best Economical Diesel’.
The awards, voted for by Auto Zeitung readers, also saw the Opel Ampera-e win the silver medal in the ‘Best Electric Vehicle’ category.
“We are delighted with these knowledgeable readers’ verdict. With this, our Astra wins another major award after it already captured the European “Car of the Year 2016” as well as 13 national ‘Car of the Year’ titles,” said Jürgen Keller, Opel executive director sales, marketing and aftersales Germany.
