As founder and CEO of ChangeLabs, a global consultancy firm delivering large-scale behavioral change projects for clients such as Apple and IBM, Mr Sheahan has worked with some of the world’s leading brands in the area of innovation and change. In his presentation, he’ll give his insights on how the best leaders and entrepreneurs execute on their good ideas and turn them into profitable results.

‘Regardless of whether one is looking to start a business, get promoted, or launch a social movement, the key is learning how to streamline one’s thinking to turn good ideas into great results,’ said NAFA’s executive director, Phillip E. Russo.  ‘Sheahan focuses on teaching leaders and companies how to flip their thinking to make money in the cracks and find opportunities where others cannot. NAFA is very excited to have him speak in front of our attendees!’

This year’s I&E takes place 8-11 April at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, MN, and will also include a keynote presentation from Simon Sinek, internationally bestselling author and leadership expert. The four-day conference is the fleet management event of the year with more than 60 hours of educational sessions, an expo floor featuring over 250 exhibitors with the latest products and services and the presentation of the Fleet Excellence Awards.
