The scheme allows users to use a vehicle then drop it off at their convenience in Madrid.

The scheme dubbed Emov is being run under PSAs new Free2Move mobility services brand and uses a free-floating car sharing premise that allows users to use a vehicle then drop it off at their convenience in Madrid.

A total of 500 Citroen C-Zeros are available under the scheme and in the last three weeks the vehicles have travelled more than 205,000km through the streets of Madrid, averaging 20 minutes per trip.
