Car tech specialist Carly has launched a vehicle assessment tool designed to deliver fast, reliable and transparent diagnostics through professional grade scanning technology.

Developed for onsite use with real-time results, it’s aimed at fleet managers and operators, along with garages, workshops, dealerships and insurers.

Drawing on the firm’s existing tech for car owners, Carly for Enterprise is intended to revolutionise the automotive industry for professionals, helping to reduce repair costs and improving data integrity. It also features a bespoke state of health (SoH) feature that provides transparent insights into EV battery health.

It includes a plug-and-play OBD II scanner and mobile app designed to run full diagnostics in under three minutes.

Key benefits include early diagnostics that quickly identifies mechanical issues to minimise downtime and repair costs.

It also enables optimised fleet management, opening up effective preventive maintenance planning to maximise vehicle utilisation.

Fleets, including last-mile delivery firms, can remotely monitor vehicle health by drivers conducting checks as part of daily safety check routines with reports sent direct to the central fleet management system, catching issues before they become breakdowns and reducing downtime and repair costs.

Carly for Enterprise is also set up for integration with existing systems, automating processes via API to speed up operations and improve overall efficiency.
