The sixth edition of the hugely successful event takes place on 8 May 2025, returning once again to Arena MK in Milton Keynes to showcase the latest launches, solutions and developments for the fleet sector.

Run by Fleet World, the event will once again feature a packed line-up of seminar and Q&A sessions manned by sector experts, along with interactive exhibitions and extensive networking opportunities. An array of fleet businesses and sponsors have already signed up to the event – details will be imminently revealed.

These will be followed by the invite-only black-tie gala dinner in the evening – where the Great British Fleet Awards will reveal the industry’s foremost cars/vans, fleet managers and service firms (see here for details and how to enter).

As always, the event will deliver unmissable in-person opportunities for fleet decision-makers, providing a fully loaded day out of the office.

The packed Conference Masterclass programme, arranged over both morning and afternoon sessions, will enable fleets managers to hear from – and speak directly to – government and industry experts on everything from sustainability and EVs, through to safety, technology and mobility. Full details will drop in the coming weeks.

Fleets will also be able to see and experience latest developments, from key new fleet cars to safety technology and more, in the engaging exhibition hall.

The event will also be supported by the GBFE website and guide – making GBFE so much more than just a one-day event.
