Senior executive changes at CHP Consulting
Under the changes, intended to support CHP’s continued international growth, former chief operating officer Andrew Denton takes on the role of CEO. Mr Denton joined the company in 1995 as a consultant and was given his first project management appointment in 1998. In 2000, he moved permanently into Sales and Marketing. He joined the Board of Directors in 2003 and was made chief operating officer in 2014.
Andrew Page, in his new role as executive chairman, will provide commercial oversight and is responsible for setting the strategic direction and goals of the company.
Page is one of CHP Consulting’s founding directors and initially held the role of sales and commercial director. He became chief executive officer in 2010 with the formation of the new Main Board.
In addition Vivienne Maclachlan has been appointed chief financial officer, and joins from PwC, bringing over 10 years’ experience with the Capital Markets team.
Andrew Page commented: “It’s the right time for us to implement a new organisation to support our growth plans. I will continue to provide commercial oversight and strategic direction, and Andrew Denton will lead the company.”
Andrew Denton added: “I’m delighted to be taking on the role of CEO and leading the company over what promises to be an incredibly exciting few years. We have huge ambition to grow both our software and our business. To support those plans we continue to appoint the very best people and I’m pleased to announce the appointment of Viv Maclachlan, who has a stellar CV and brings talent and experience to the finance side of the business.”
