By / 11 years ago / News / No Comments

The IRIS Rental Solution from Nexus has been designed for fleets operating in an increasingly time-pressured environment and is designed to offer maximum efficiency, reducing both administration and booking time.

Key benefits include the ability to make bookings in less than 30 seconds as well as 24/7 access to over 500,000 rental vehicles. The IRIS system also features a refreshed dashboard enabling faster access to a multitude of reporting and management tools designed to enhance ease of rental while driving down cost. Customers can view key information about rental activity, CO2, fuel and rental profile reports at the touch of a button, along with industry news and weather updates on their personalised welcome screen.

IRIS further provides access to real-time management of damage claims and customer service issues via one central point, allowing customers’ access to see each level of the resolution process.

There’s also a mobile version of the IRIS site; enabling customers to manage rental from a smartphone when on the move.

Not only will Fleet World Fleet Show visitors have the chance to see the key benefits of the IRIS Rental Solution first hand but all delegates who leave their business cards at the Nexus stand will be entered into a prize draw to win an Apple iPod Nano. The winner will be notified after the event.

Nexus joins a large number of leading fleet service firms exhibiting at the Silverstone Fleet Show on 9th April to showcase the latest developments for the fleet industry. This year’s Show also offers an extensive line-up of carmakers and models to test drive on Silverstone’s iconic Grand Prix circuit PLUS an exciting new seminar and training format that will provide practical hands-on advice and guidance across a range of fleet management disciplines.
