Silverstone Fleet Show 2014: Visitors to get a real insight into whole-life costs

By / 11 years ago / News / No Comments

Whilst the use of whole-life costs is nothing new to the fleet sector, many in the industry continue to call for fleets to heed the benefits of such an approach.

This January saw a leading leasing and fleet management specialist urge fleets to turn to WLCs as its research that containing costs is the biggest worry for fleet operators for the coming year. However, a recent ACFO seminar highlighted only 20% of organisations use whole-life costs when compiling choice lists.

To help showcase the benefits of the WLC approach, The Fuel Card Group – which offers the MileageCount complete fleet management system which includes a mileage capture solution with GPS dongle technology – will be offering Silverstone Fleet Show visitors access to a free WLC calculation for one of their vehicles.

The firm is one of a large number of exhibitors who will be at the Show on 9th April demonstrating some of the latest developments, products and services in the fleet arena.

Meanwhile, with an extensive line-up of carmakers and models to test drive on Silverstone’s iconic Grand Prix circuit PLUS an exciting new seminar and training format that will provide practical hands-on advice and guidance across a range of fleet management disciplines, this year’s Silverstone Fleet Show really does offer something for everyone.
